Side note...I was impressed to see a woman identified as the general manager cleaning up, including cleaning inside of a garbage can... that made me feel that she took pride in how her business was running, as many GMs I've encountered bark orders and don't really do dirty work.
Love it, other than the batting cage and not alot of balls. I suggested having a staff member to go out and retrieve the balls, every hour. Tonight was our 1st time going and definitely won't be the last. Had a great time something for all the family. Would be nice to see maybe a dance game, just a thought.
The staff was amazing! They all went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Great prices on the day we went...$12 for 2 hours of unlimited attractions on every 12th of the month. My kids had a great time. The only disappointment was that the go-karts weren't in operation.
We love this place! So much to do for every one! My 5 and 1 year old loves it here! My husband won 1000 tickets! The pizza is so delicious! I'll pick this place over Chuck E. Cheese any day!
Overall a decent place. Went here with a 2 year old and 5 year old. This place isnt made for younger kids. Would have had more fun if they were older. Dont know how to describe the customer service ample staff but i felt like i was an inconvenience. We may be back when they're older.
Visited yesterday with my 3,9 & 10 year olds. The staff was friendly. I got a really great deal which I think is only available through January 1 where I spent $50 to get a $100 gift card, that was great! The arcade area is small but we were mainly there for the go carting. I would say the minimum age for a child to really get the full benefit would be at least 4-5. It was perfect for my 9 and 10 year olds. We had a nice time.
