So I go in tonight at 10:30 acts the lady did I still have time to place my order she looked at me and said nope we've been close for 3 minutes you can get nothing time to go nasty attitude and rolled her eyes so I will not be going back to that cold stone after all the years of in going there. she has a nasty attitude I never been treated like that before so whoever is working night where was the manager night need to check on that later she continue to talk to the customers that she was helping refused to serve me even though the doors were open
WEBSITE SAYS THE HOURS ARE FROM 12 TO 10:30PM. WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM WHAT TIME THEY CLOSE, THEY TOLD ME 9:30. THEN GOT A ATTITUDE WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEY SHOULD UPDATE THEIR HOURS ON THE WEBSITE.
I love cold stone! But this location has taken a step backwards lately. Unfortunately they are the only one in town so I continue to go.
The rating is for the service. Ice cream is awesome. The service today was terrible. Normally lines are to the door. I was fine with waiting, but as I'm waiting I see employees horse playing in the background, and when she was done, comes out with a Moody attitude. Got my order wrong and could care less about her job. If her job sucked so bad why work there. I'm a paying customer shouldn't feel like I'm bothering you.
Ice cream selections are always consistent and delicious! Love the friendly staff.
