I love the Navy Federal credit Union because they have great service and they are very friendly.
Forever getting screwed over by navy federal they are always pulling money out of my account by making transfer I didn’t approve or even set up than when I call them and they see that always saying oh our bad let us fix it. It won’t happen again. Or when someone used my banking info all the way across the country for almost two grand no sort of notification I always call in if I plan on leaving the area I’m in. I don’t even recommend it to friends anymore because the same has happened to them.
Great staff but Navy Federal are a huge bunch of turds when it comes to fees and charges, Especially ATM.
This location is no longer Navy Federal Credit Union. Google sent me here when I was looking for the nearest location when I was in Fayetteville a month ago, and when I got there it was a Sprint store. Please go to the one on Two Bale Lane as it's the only operating location in Fayetteville. This will save many people a wasted trip.
Very helpful with services and at the teller. I go here every time for what I need over the other branches. I enjoy this branch very much. Also has an atm on the outside.
