Staff is swift and fantastic, including management. All the food at the bar is well maintained, and in clean order. If you have a picky family it's a fantastic place because you make your food taste exactly how you want, and the chefs cook it to perfection. This is a weekly stop for us.
Pro: the taste of food its your own flavor so thats really good cause no one to blame but yourself.
Avoid. Its all you can eat because it takes you 45 minutes to wait in line after you pick out your raw food & season it yourself. You hand it to a cook & wait for them to cook it along with 9 other people's. Its a hassle and you better have confidence in your combination and spices because if you don't like it then you have to redo your 45-60 minute stint in line. Its too exhausting for average food especially if you in hungry expecting to eat right away. (However) it took us 10 minutes to be assigned a waiter however once we finally got one he was amazing. He constantly refilled our drinks and decorated our dessert nice. Fyi they have a sushi bar there that is sold separately and not included in the buffet price. If you see the buffet sign & are looking for an instant gratification meal this is not it.
Pretty good food at a decent price.. Maybe add more of a selection on the buffet bar? Only complaint is the griminess on the tongs once everyone comes through the buffet line (raw meat)... But then again.... It is a buffet... Stack your plate as high as you want ;)
I do enjoy coming here once in a while... The cooks are great but I wish they payed a little more attention to not mix the food of others since it can be very dangerous to mix it due to allergies to seafood etc. I've found more than once a piece of food that didn't belong in my plate but luckily I'm not allergic to these things. The wait is pretty long on the weekends at the busiest regular time ( lunch and diner)
