Clean affordable nice location close to everything in the city. The view isn't that great though
First off this is a very nice hotel. Rooms are great, nice work out room, good location to base, and decent happy hour. However one always needs to question customer service and integrity when giving someone your business. 8 months ago in November of 2016 I was a guest. During that time they lost my suit that I had given them to dry clean. Since that time I have had multiple conversations with hotel staff and specifically with the Operations Manager Harin Parikh. He has told me multiple times he would take care of this problem. I called Hilton Honors 2x and they confirmed that a file was open and the hotel notified. I was to receive an email with in three days but still nothing. My self and my company employees have stayed at this hotel when in Fayetteville. I have told them to stop and to find a Marriott Property. We average about two nights a month. Nothing major but you have to question why they are willing to lose the business over the price of a suit. So lessoned learned is if you stay there don't give them your dry cleaning. Next step is to find out about North Carolina's small claims court process.
Great hotel! We were greeted by Luis at check-in and he was more than accommodating. He made sure our room was perfect before we settled in. At breakfast Michael greeted us with so much enthusiasm we felt like we were VIP. He made sure we had a table for our 6person family before we were even ready to sit down. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Worth every cent. Indoor pool and whirlpool was great for relaxing
The manager Amit and Chef Kumar provided excellent service. Mr. Amit was very accommodating all our needs. Chef Kumar cooked the siracha shrimp and chicken tacos delicious. Breakfast is delicious. All the staff are courteous & professional. Love staying at this hotel. Never had a bad night.
Great customer service. Full Breakfast bar. Complimentary drinks and appetizers. Staff makes you feel welcome. Most definitely will use again.
