Its not a resort but very quiet.
A bit off the scenic route.
If you need a place to park while visiting your soldier (what we did) it is a perfect spot. In town and a convenient to drive to base or shopping. Small, no amenities but serviceable. You couldn't ask for nicer folks.
Very affordable.
I love this place. Mr Art and his wife are awesome. Very quite place. Grass stays cut and clean area.
Art is a very nice gentleman, and Passport America rates of $15 a night make this an affordable option. Not many amenities. Basic electric and water hookups with wifi and a dump station, no showers/restrooms.

The grounds are well kept. Nice quiet place to sleep, perfect for long term or if you're just passing through.
