Get the fast pass... Well worth the money.
Theres a reason this place has only has a sub 1.5 avg review right now. Piss poor work done by the employees here. Took my car here for a wash and literally no one was here to operate the place. After sitting halfway in the automatic for about 10 minutes and blowing my horn, a guy comes out from the back and finally gets me through. I won't ever be coming here again. Manager if you're reading this: You need to improve all of your customers overall experience at this place if you expect me to buy into that 35$ membership that your employees barely pitch to try and sell me on.
Went in right before closing, the attendant did not give me a ticket. He said that it was $30 for the wash and for them to detail my SUV. One of the attendants asked me for the ticket and I stated that the other guy did not give me one since I gave him the money instead of inserting it into the machine. When he finished with my vehicle, he did not put the rubber mats back where they were supposed to be, the backseat mat was thrown on top of the drivers mat and they all were wet. One of the cup liners for my cup holders was laying under the drivers seat. The cup holders and area where I place my phone (where the USB charger is located) had a pile of liquid substance there which almost messed up my phone. The dashboard and inside windows were not cleaned. The back of my SUV was not vacuumed. The outside of my vehicle looked almost like I brought it in. On top of that, I had inadequate customer service.
Some of the staff don't really care about you or your car, others actually do. I've usually had good experiences overall. If you ask for help you can get it, but I've had to wait upwards of 30 mins just to talk to someone
