Had an emergency repair on a Sunday, lost power with a newborn at home. Mr Baxter came out and had my power on in less than two hours. Super friendly and didn't over charge me for being a weekend. Will definitely call him again !
Can I give fewer than 1 star? Broke a light fixture while "fixing" it. Spent 2 months trying to get him to repair it. When he FINALLY showed up he was so flamingly unprofessional and abusive that I've decided it would be less of a headache to get someone else to fix it, and take him to court to get him to pay for it than to deal with him again. Definitely would suggestion you NEVER use this man!
David Baxter provided excellent customer service on a service call. He came to my home the same day I called and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He listened to all my questions and solved my problem within a few minutes. He is very friendly and I am going to make him my permanent electrician. He repaired a light switch and hung a porch light for me. Good technicians are hard to find. He is a keeper.
