This was the first time we were involved in planning a service and the staff at Sullivan’s walked us through every step of the way. When I would ask about this or that Mr. Mercer would reply with reassuring smile “no need to worry we have already taken care of that for you”. They were always a step ahead making the process so much easier and simply wanted us to take time to remember our late mother.
