I was excited over the unique items and great deals I found here but the icing on the cake was their customer service. I had a problem with one of my items when I got home and it just took one phone call to get it resolved quickly, smoothly and beyond my expectations.
Christmas Tree Shop is a good place to go and relax. Lots of good books and many interesting, good and different products you may not see in the major department stores.
Well this store is my wife’s favorite spot. It’s always clean and it’s always got something for anyone in the family. Not a bad place to get cheap decor.
Called the store to inquire about a product. I was told they did not have what I wanted in stock but they had other items similar. I told her I was looking online and she rudely told me their stock and the online stock is not the same. I told her I realize that but could she explain to me what they did have in stock. Without comment she put me on hold then came back on and told me they no longer had any of the items in stock. I ask, "So all the items you told me about before, you have sold all them?" She replied "yes". I work retail and I know phone shopping is sometimes a challenge but there is no reason to be short and rude. I have never shopped in this store and I will never will in the future thanks to the young lady on the phone.
The men and women that work there are some of the nicest people..I saw no frowns..just smiles and upbeat attitudes.
