They only reason they get three stars is due to the fact one would not want to ruin it for the office personal that do everything all the time, going over and beyond while the owner of the locations does not one thing!

I sincerely liked Nationwide, but despise the fact that Mike Warren makes money from my polices and never thinks he should show himself to all his customers. Just so you know many other customers have had the same experiences, and many would have left a long time ago if they did not have some great persons working with them in the office. Because they care about these persons, some of them stay. Often one wonders how they a re treated by Mike Warren and if it is as bad as the customers are treated or ignored, etc.
A sad sad day for us!
Mike Warren has never been seen by this customer in all the years(decades) that I have been a customer. I have even asked many times to talk to him personally as well as on the phone, left messages (phone and email) to have him call me. He never has been seen at any time, (I mean NEVER!), never heard from, never returned a call, never anything! I sincerely think he has forgotten why he has so much money personally coming to him from Nationwide's businesses he has.
In regards to employees working in the office; although occasionally there may have been a problem(which usually was worked out by other office personnel....lol, if waited for Mike Warren to handle anything, it never gets done), but the majority of the employees have been great!
Then Mr Patterson retired (Ugh) arnd Mike Warren bought out his business!
This is not like some other Nationwide offices this person has experienced are like, even ones that's owners of that location may have several offices just like Mike Warren. There is a huge difference in the customer service and respect especially from the owners themselves. The customer feels like the owners sincerely care in those offices. The owners that are the best are ones that do not give the impression theynthinkmtheynare too good to be involved with all their customers.......they personally are seen and heard from by their customers!
Also, the company may have an issue with something in regards to the customer or something they insure for the customer. Rather than the customer getting some kind of courtesy call, they are immediately notified by a form letter, placed on deadline, and with disregard to anything that may be causing such an issues, giving no concern for getting the situations worked out and/or fixed, or even the concern for their customers or in any way. A nice courtesy call just to let a customer know and talk to them personally would go a long ways! (In every way!)
If it was just for the owner and the company, not the personnel I would rate it about 1 or less. As a customer of decades (used o be owned by Mr. Patterson and family and Mr Patterson made himself seen. He took the time to talk to his customers. Had no problem answering a telephone call. Knew all his customers and would make a point of greeting them if seeing them in the community (even the "little man/woman") He treated his customers as extended family. I could continue but you get the picture.
Maybe Mike Warren cannot handle so many offices and thinks he can just expect all his employees to handle everything while he goes on his way doing other types of businesses ventures (or personal ventures) or just cannot handle so many offices. I don't know.
