This is a fantastic place! Ms. Chang was able to fix my evening gown while I waited! And she did a great job!
They need to update their equipment. Most of the washers and dryers have out of order signs taped on them. The washers that are working seem to be working properly, we will see about the dryers.
I've used them since 2007! They have always given me excellent service for my military/civilian clothes & equipment!
Cheap but washers always broken and restroom is filthy. Washers that do work are occupied by the cleaners next door cleaning the clothes and uniforms people bring in.
I can always say their friendly and great customer service and can never speak bad on how they treat me. The reason why I gave them 3 stars are as follow. 1. I put a pair of White Liz Claiborne slack to be cleaned got them back and they had light blue spots.. Took them back the stains never came out. Now you can only notice it if you look very hard. I still continue to use their service.. Another time I put my work slacks and again.. I go to wear them for work they were not cleaned!!! But freshly pressed..took the, back she cleaned them.. Another time pant were not cleaned but freshly pressed. Work shirts now these cost me 49.99 a shirts got them back yes they're clean yesssss.. Issues my buttons were damaged from the heat they were melted.. Not that was not the first time those items were put in there I've used them for a long time.. I continue to use them because their so nice .. But I can no longer use them.. I'm not sure what's happening
