What started out as an extremely stressful and worst possible situation I could ever get into regarding a simple case resulted and a good outcome. Basically, poor communication about the outcome of the case led to me not knowing there were court fees due. I was never informed due to whatever reason, possible computer error given all of the problems following the storm last year. Result was I lost my license without even knowing there was a problem. Fortunately, everyone at this firm I spoke with did step up to the plate took responsibility, fix the problem for me so there was no issue whatsoever and no mark on my record with regards to the situation.
