I went to the state ID/driver's license office a few doors down. The cleanest DMV that I have ever been to. Very friendly staff. Long wait but that is typical of a DMV. Overall good experience.
Worse DMV ever! There are a total of 8 chairs to sit in. There were two lines; one for renewals and taxes and the other for initial registrations. This morning, the lines were out of the door an all the way down the shopping center. The employee that serviced me did not tell me what documents she needed and did not tell me how much I was being charged and why. Then, when I asked for my receipt, she just scoffed at me. I will not be going back to this facility and would suggest that others go to a different DMV if they have the capability to do so.

Now as far as I can tell ANY location whether it be business or for pleasure will ALWAYS have it's UPS & DOWNS. What sort of expectations people in general were expecting is downright laughable. I'm not trying to downplay anyone's situation with their past experiences but honestly it's a government owned establishment to conduct 4 things & that's LICENSES, PLATES, REGISTRATIONS & VEHICLE PROPERTY TAXES, PERIOD! Also you guys & gals need to be a little more considerate & have some compassion/empathy for other people as well. All of us are human beings, flesh & blood, ALL OF US are going to have good days & bad days. So in essence, at the very least, try to maintain a positive attitude, be humble, be gentle & show others that you care & are completely understandable. You'd be surprised how much of an impact that will have on your day. In other words try to cheer up the day & cheer up others. Peace Everyone ✌

VERY RUDE and not helpful! I have a unique situation and needed assistance. When I tried to ask a question she would tell me to stop and let her finish, only she was not answering ANY of my questions! The lady behind the counter obviously hates her job and should not be dealing with customers
