I had the most pleasant experience with this company. I locked my keys in the truck of my BMW. Mr. Watson was pleasant, experienced and came with the right tools and equipment to unlock my car without damaging it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The first company came yet unsuccessful because they didn't have the right tools. The great news is they accept payments from my insurance company. Thank you again for being pleasant, experienced and fast.
I called and he told me he had a couple people before me and he's be with me in an hour or so. I called him 2 hours later and had to leave a voicemail and he still had not called me back now 4 hours later.
I had used another company that couldn't get the job done right so I kept having issues with the lock. Called and arranged for lock fixing with ALL KEYS. Mr. Watson the owner showed up as scheduled, very clean, had his identification card on his jacket. He is a member of the NC locksmith association. He went right to work and within a couple of minutes he was done. His price very reasonable. I will recommend ALL KEYS LOCKSMITH any day, anytime.
Called twice at 8:00 pm on a Thursday night, but nobody picked up. Left a message on the second time, but nobody ever called me back. If you advertise as being open 24 hours, someone should at least call back after an hour or two.
