Not impressed at all. Not only did they show up with a truck that was much too large for the area after being warned it wouldn't fit, but they also brought what was not a professional crew. One guy was about the only professional one. One of the other guys had some mental problem and was not taking his medication for it. How do I know? Because at one point, after being very helpful with these guys, he snapped and tried to fight me and then went off screaming and causing a massive scene in my driveway. Great new impression for the neighbors, I'm sure. So, after they dropped a couch on my floor and cracking the tile as well as some hardwood floor damage, I have been trying to reach the manager about the residential damages being covered. No answer...that is a large reason on why this is being posted. I can understand when things happen, that is why insurance exists. However, own your problems and fix them. I am also going to talk to Ft Bragg transportation about having this company's ability to do military transport revoked. I don't want anyone else to have to experience the poor service I had as well.
This company doesn't even deserve one star. The packers did a horrible job. We couldn't put some furniture together because they couldn't do something as simple as put screws/parts in individual labeled bags. They just threw all the screws in a bag together according to room, one bag per room. A lot of screws were also missing. They spelt our name wrong many different times on a few boxes so it's no wonder one of our boxes that had baby photo albums in it ended up in Colorado! Luckily that family was nice enough to find out where we lived and forward it. We also have missing furniture pieces such as parts of a lamp that cant be used now, a frame to my daughter's toy organizer that also can't be used now, and shelves out of a bookcase that also had some damage that can't be used now. We also ended up with some random shelves that weren't ours.
These guys are awesome and fast..
