I came to this facility one year ago and was introduced to the most genuine, pleasant woman named Lori. I was in the middle of a life changing situation and she handled me and my situation with sincere care. Whenever I come in or call to make my payments she is always nice and never seems to have a bad day. And there has been times I missed my payment date but when she called to remind me, she was never rude about it and I truly appreciate her. The facility is clean and customer service is outstanding.
I had a amazing experience with storage king usa. The unit I occupied which was a climate control unit, stayed clean inside and around the area i had my household good.Storage king usa was not only a safe comfort place to store my household goods the price for the unit I occupied was really affordable. I been in the military for 16 years and stored my stuff in many storage places. By far this was the best storage unit i have occupied. Thank you Lori for your amazing storage hospitality.
Clean and professional. Lori the manager is so personable. She really knows her facility. I drove off with my lock still laying in my truck one day, and a few hours later she called me up to let me know and that she had placed a lock on it until I could get back by so my stuff was safe. They accept deliveries. She will call me to let me know and will deliver into unit (unless heavy) if I want. Just awesome facility management.
This facility is the cleanest and nicest I've ever used! The manager is great to deal with and always willing to help in anyway she can! Thanks for the great service!
