The guys who were the actual loaders of our furniture and household items were some of the most inconsiderate, ghetto, and disrespectful people I have ever seen. I am anxious to see how damaged our furniture is going to be when we get it delivered here at our new duty station next week. I have lost sleep over this. I will list out our experiences below:
The movers dropped our furniture multiple times as they were taking heavier items out of our home. They even complained out loud that some of the furniture was heavy. When moving furniture from our upstairs bonus room, they completely gouged and destroyed our entire stairwell wall/ door leading to the stairwell and hand railing needing for repairs and repainting of the entire stairwell wall and door molding. They scuffed up baseboards and ripped some of our Berber carpet, which is not able to be patched.
It was the worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with a military move. You couldn't pay me to ever use this company again. Oh and good luck with getting a response when you try and make a complaint.
Worst experience of movers we have ever had in my husband's 22 years of active military service! The gentleman that did the initial walk through was professional and considerate but that's where the professionalism stopped, unfortunately. The packers seemed to do an 'ok' job but I can't say for certain as our household goods haven't been delivered yet to our new location.
After the 40 single bottles of cold water I was providing them were gone, I witnessed 2 workers helping themselves to my other cold drinks in the refrigerator and refilling their water bottles with it. Nobody bothered to even ask, which is stealing in my opinion.
Some of the best drivers on the road no their job well courteous had a great move with them next time I move I will definitely call them first thanks mr. Simmons
Do not use this company!!! They were extremely sloppy and damaged a lot of my possessions. I watched them bring boxes into the house, and they would put a box labeled glass underneath boxes labeled weights. They had no sense of how to move things. While bringing in furniture they kicked and pushed things over instead of taking the time to put things in the proper spots. When I complained that they damaged things and scratched my brand new couch they just told me to file a claim. They do not even try to take care of your possessions. I have never seen people with such little regard or knowledge on how to do their job.
They blared inappropriate rap music from their phones ( I had a 13yo in my home). I told them to turn it off or put in ear buds. Several of the male workers were making inappropriate comments to their female counterparts.
Great experience, very friendly people, that did a great job. One issue with something that was missing, but I do not think it was there fault. They located it though and everything worked out.
