My name is Robert. My stay here at Carolina Rehab Ctr has been a very, very pleasant experience. As far as the staff, from PT, OT and especially the Activities Dept has been good and helpful through my recovery. Starting from Administration, down to housekeeping, all departments at Carolina Rehab were extraordinary and exceeded my expectations. Please do not send your loved ones here. I would not send my worst enemy here. Check out their ratings from state agencies. My father was a patient here about 11 months ago. Was supposed to go to Rehab area of the hospital. Upon arrival they put him on the nursing home side. Did not have most of his medications on hand and did not receive them from there service the use for a couple of days. Did not have a working oxygen concentrator in the entire place. Kept bringing ones that were labeled defective and would alarm after 15 minutes. How does a patient sleep thinking they are not getting oxygen. Was in a room with another patient for the first night that was dying. Moved him to the rehab section after his roommate passed away without oxygen for the transfer. Still not a working oxygen concentrator through day 4. CNA's complaining all the time that they are so over worked, never received all his medications. The place was dirty, did not respond to patient calls, walked into room and oxygen was not connected to anything. The list is endless. Removed him from this hell hole after day 6 and placed him in another facility that was amazing. Looks like they haven't changed.
Our dad has been a resident of Carolina Rehab twice now and we have been very pleased. Our family has been very happy with the care he has received from all the staff. They have worked with him on getting his strength back and getting him home with us. The 24 hour visiting has been a great benefit so we can visit anytime.

Outstanding facility and staff at Carolina Rehabilitation Center. Excellent care with my stay at Carolina Rehabilitation. Physical Therapy Program is an excellent achievement for me while working daily towards my goals to be stronger when ready to go home. My only choice for Rehab. Is Carolina Rehabilitation Center off of Cumberland and HopeMills Road. My second home away from home. I love Carolina Rehabilitation Center. They are the GREATEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
