I went there today and paid for a $70 acne facial. Do. Not. Do. It. I got a minute massage on my face then she put a mask on my face and said she would let that sit and left the room. She came back maybe 10 minutes later took the mask off "massaged" my face (took the mask off) for maybe 5 more minutes. Then it was done. It was the biggest joke ever. No neck and shoulders massage or anything the entire $70 facial took less than 30 minutes. It was honestly the worst facial I have ever gotten. Really sucks because I have been going here for the last 4 years but ever since the new ownership took over it just gets worse and worse. I have been trying my hardest to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was it. I will never go here again. Such a waste of time and money! :-(
Minutes prior to my apt, the staff had no record of my apt. They were able to get me with a masseuse right away. The massage started out very nice. Unfortunately, about a third of the way through it, she kept falling asleep. The massage from then on out was pauses and gaps while she nodded off and what seemed to be her just trying to keep her hands moving. All technique and attention to any area was gone. I was uncomfortable and confused. Once I had finished I proceeded to the front to pay. My total was $65. I handed the girl at the desk my card and she informed me they were only accepting cash. I got in my car and drove to the ATM to withdraw $80. When I returned I handed her the $80. She informed me they had no change.... (mind you the change would be a perfectly acceptable tip, however I had already given that to the masseuse). I took $20 back and dug around for some change. I managed to come up with 64.50. They seemed unsettled at the .50 cent difference but I had no other options. I don't ever leave less than positive reviews as I understand the weight they carry. This was just one thing right after another. I took the day off to pamper myself for a little bit and it became stressful and unsettling.
It was my first time going to Me Time Day Spa. The receptionist was awesome and kept me entertained while I was waited for my appointment. Dana T. Is the best. She took great care of me. I look forward to coming back.
Went in to Me Time Day Spa this evening for a Brazilian Wax and when I say the best service I ever experienced, customer service was excellent and Dana who rendered the service was amazing, she was very welcoming and professional I was so satisfied I booked a consultation for a facial next week. They offer so many services definitely looking forward to my visit next week.

Had the pleasure of meeting Dana yesterday for the first brazillian I have had in years! She is really good at her job and has a passion for what she does. The front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall pleased with my experience and will be returning!
