I am so sick of this girl that is the manager there on mcauter. I told this girl i was moving out. I paid for last month 2 days ago. Ok i was late. This girl tried to make me pay for this month. I AM MOVING OUT. I ASKED HER THE NEXT DAY AFTER SHE REFUSE TO ANSWER MY CALLS. THE CSR FOR THIS COMPANY SENT HER ANY EMAIL. SHE THEN ACTED LIKE SHE CARE AND CALLED ME BACK. WITH THIS LINE MRS LEE I SEE I MISSED YOUR CALL CAN I HELP YOU. FIRST OFF YOU DIDN'T MISS MY CALL . YOU SIT THERE AND DEBATE IF YOU WANT TO ANSWER. BECAUSE I NEVER LEFT A MESSAGE SO THAT LETS ME KNOW YOU WATCHING ME CALL. SO I FINALLY ASK FOR 24HRS ACCESS. BECAUSE MY MOVERS WORK AND I WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET A TRIP IN. SO SHE DID IT AND SHE TOLD ME SHE CONTACTED HER MANAGER AND HER MANAGER SAID I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY THIS MONTH BECAUSE I AM MOVING. WELL YES I PULL UP THERE. ACCESS DENIED. HER THIS GIRL IS CLEANING SOME STORAGE OUT. SHE ACTS AS IF SHE DOESNT SEE ME. I PULL UP CLOSER. SHE COMES TO THE FENCE. I SAY WHY I CANT GET IN? THIS GIRL SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER MONTH. WHAT THE HECK GIRL I AM MOVING. I AM SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY. THEN SHE SAID I TOLD YOU AT MIDNIGHT IT LOCKS AND I DONT HAVE NO CONTROL. WELL DARN SHE DIDNT SAY I COULDNT ACCESS AFTER LAST NIGHT MIDNIGHT. ALL THIS CONVERSATION AND I ASKED ALL THESE QUESTIONS. SHE THEN SAYS IM OFF THE CLOCK WHEN I ASKED FOR HER MANAGERS NAME AND NUMBER. THIS IS THE UNPROFESSIONAL GIRL NAD COMPANY. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS GIRL. I WANT MY ITEMS OUT THIS STORAGE AND I WILL NOT STOP POSTING UNTIL I GET MY ITEMS. THAT WAS A WASTE OF MY GAS AND TIME AND MONEY TO PAY PEOPLE TO NOT GET INSIDE THE GATE. THEN THIS GIRL STATED OH YEAH MY MANGER OUT THE COUNTRY GOOD LUCK REACHING HER. EVERY DARN MONTH THIS GIRL GIVES ME HER BUTT TO KISS. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET MY PERSONAL ITEMS. I REALLY MEAN NOT ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS WILL EVER RENT A SPACE FROM THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS SHE IS EMPLOYED HERE. VERY PISSED AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
My ex-girlfriend had stuff in my storage unit and I wanted the cops there so she wouldn't mess up any of my stuff. The next day I get a call from the storage facility saying I have to get my stuff out by 5pm or they will throw it away. That's why I gave this location a one star.
