I will probably return to this establishment because of the manager Jessica.
5) She ended up giving us 50% off our entrees, on top of giving us the apps for free.
3) Our food took about 1+HOUR to get to us originally. My steak, mom's chicken, and my sister's burger were cold. Then dad's and my 2nd round of shrimp took 10-15min to arrive. This was after 3 servers/waiter asked if we were missing anything and that they would check on the rd of shrimp.

I had an awful experience at this location. First they brought our blooming onion to the wrong table, put it on their table for a good minute, realized it was wrong and then brought it to us. It was greasy, falling apart and half of it of burnt. Then our spirits were flat. We got our steaks and they gave us the wrong ones. My boyfriends was well done and mine was supposed to be medium. They put mine of his plate and visa-versa. I got asparagus and it tasted like chemicals and was hard as a rock. I explained this to my waitress and she proceeded to tell me it's normal for them to taste this way. I knew from ordering it at other locations it's not. The manager came to our table and apologized. Come to find out the flame was out in their grill so I was tasting just the gas on it. The only thing they did was take the asparagus off the check and wanted to replace it, at this point I didn't want anymore of their food. I will not be returning. Very disappointed.
This was my first time in a year coming back to this place. Now I know why I didn't come here but only once a year ago. Really SAD !!! I told management 2 or 3 years ago to change their shrimp on the barbie to the way they prepared them when they first opened and to get back the original sauce that they had. Needless to say, they didn't listen. For as tonight, the shrimp were terrible !!! The waitress was terrible. The veggies we're cold when they got to the table. The lobster was very good and the crab cakes we're good. I ran out of tea twice. The waitress always left the table with nothing in her hand when there were empty plates on the table. Ordered a chocolate thunder from down under for dessert and she asked if we needed 2 spoons and we told her yes. She turned away and left with plates on the table where were finished eating. Thought she would come back and clean table off while they were preparing the dessert but she didn't. She brought the dessert out to the table with 2 spoons and set it on the folder that had our bill in it because there was no other place to set it down on the table. We waited for about 2 mins to see if she would come back and get the plates off the table so we could reach the dessert but that didn't happen either. I had to move the empty plates from our table and put them on another table so we could eat the dessert. Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip and it will probably be another year before I go back. This could possibly be a reflection on the management and how they train and over look their employees.
Great customer service and food. The manager came out to our table and let us know my entree did not come out to their expectations, so a new one was being made and it would be adjust a few minutes more. Amazing, they avoided a potential bad customer experience and made it memorable.
4) Manager Jessica then came by and asked if there was anything else wrong with our food besides the ranch from earlier. We then informed her of what happened.. she apologized immediately for the issues at hand, said this isn't the standard that she sets for her shift, and that she would further rectify the issue.
Myself, my wife, sister, bro-in-law, and visiting parents were the party.
1) Chris, our waiter, was good. He unfortunately was overworked with several 5+ tables. Due to this, our drinks were late coming (20min). As well as our apps (cheese fries and a sampler)
2)The ranch that came with the sampler had a hair in it. It was immediately replaced by the MANAGER, Jessica. She then took notice of our table. And said the apps were on the house.
Two of the best dining experiences ever. We went in for date night, we did not like where the hostess seated us. Before we could ask to move she disappeared, I got up ready to leave when a young man walks up and says sir let me seat you over here. The young man was our waiter and I had the most wonderful experience I've ever encountered. Fast forward to Fathers Day 2017, sitting on a busy day waiting patiently to be seated, this outstanding young man comes up to us as if we were old friends and tells us to follow him. He seated us, asked how we've been and the kids... This guy is the best ever. His name.... Chris Lee, awesome job my man. He has our business.
