Our waitress was particularly attentive. The chain should use this restaurant as a training facility. This was a stellar experience.
I fail to see what all the fuss is about, had a great experience. Table was waited on promptly, order was put in fast, and chips were brought out in no time. Wasn't even half way through our chips before our entrees came out. Food was pretty good, definitely not bad. Service was fast and straight forward.
We were trying to eat light, so we chose the salad bar, which was unusually attractive and well maintained. We were welcomed to return to the salad bar until satisfied.
Ruby Tuesday's chain has been going down hill in the two years. This unit is a fine exception. This facility is clean, with a sharp appearance. We were greeted and seated promptly.
I've been in the Food and Beverage industry for 10+ yrs and currently manage the FOH of a nice restaurant in SC. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in quite a while. We waited at least 5 minutes just to get greeted by our waitress. She took our order and was clearly overwhelmed by her section. My husband had finished his salad from the salad bar before we even got our drinks. We didn't ask for our children's food to come out before our meal but someone who I assume was the manager brought theirs out and we were left waiting for ours with no explanation as to the hold up. I found that very bizzare. I ordered a burger med rare and only ate about half because the center was very rare and cold. Our waitress never checked on us after our food was delivered and when I showed her at the end of the meal she asked why I hadn't told her so she could fix it. I explained nicely to her that I couldn't find her when I was looking for her so I could tell her. She did apologize but no manager ever came to the table and the waitress quickly ran my card for payment and that was that. Poor poor service we will not be back.
I am in town for 3 weeks, one third of the way through my chicken fresco, green beans and Mac & cheese I pulled a rather long hair out of my mouth after taken a bite of the Mac & cheese. After asking the nice lady tending the bar if it might be hers she did her best to make it right. I was initially impressed. I did give her my plate with 2/3 rds plate and say I am no longer hungry. The ladies at the bar were amazing and very apologetic. The insult came when the manager said here I took the Mac and cheese of the bill. Really? I was willing to pay for my drinks and one third of the meal I had at. Yet the manager gave me a,whipping $1.50 discount for the MC and Cheese. The the bar staff I applaud you, to the manager, please learn a bit more regarding customer services. I expected noticing free, but $1.50 discount and still paying $ 30 plus for my drink...
My family and I went to Ruby Tuesdays on Cedar Creek Road in Fayetteville NC tonight for dinner, when we first got there I was annoyed because when we walked in the lady at the front just stared at me and when I told her we had three she told me well your going to have to wait. Even though there was alot of empty seats. What turned it all around so that I give them 5 stars besides the fact the food was amazing was our waiter. We had a waiter named Garret D. who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely nice, made sure he kept checking to see if we needed anything and was 110% on the ball. There has only been two other waiter/ waitress that I have ever been so impressed by to where I had to write a review about it but I was extremely impressed by him, his personality, and work ethics. My heart is very happy and my belly is very full. Absolutely great job Rub Tuesdays & Garret.
