I will not be going back there. I had an issue with my insurance which was no fault of the office. However, when I first made an appointment (after not seeing the dentist for over a year) the girl at the front desk did not tell me there was an issue when I booked the appointment over the phone even though I specifically asked her if my insurance info was in the system. So I drove across town to my appointment only to get there and find out my insurance had an issue. Fine, no big deal. So I rescheduled my appointment until the following Wednesday so I could deal with the insurance company. BEFORE I left the office I changed my mind and told her to change my appointment from Wednesday to Friday. This is likely the same girl who screwed up the first time. I called the office to cancel my Friday appt. and they told me I missed my Wednesday appt. Uh no!? I even have the confirmation text about my appt. on Friday. To make matters worse she had an attitude on the phone like it was my fault. I am a registered nurse and know how to treat patients and this is not the way to do it. Once I get my insurance info resolved, I will be going to another office!
My son and daughter both see the dentist's here! They have been going to them since my son was 4 and daughter was three! They do such an amazing job and handle kids with care! They allow them to feel comfortable and safe while doing a great job cleaning and caring for anything additional that needs to be done. I would recommend anyone in search of a dentist for their children or selves to go to Fayetteville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry!!
The staff members and Dentist are all incredible!! They are alway so courteous and very well knowledged. I would recommend them to everyone!
Everyone in the office are extremely friendly. I had an appointment today for the first time in a long time (not good). But they took care of me. Cheryl, you are great at what you do. Great conversation!!!! Come buy a car from me soon ;)
