I found Dr. Middleton to be extremely sweet and empathetic to my circumstances. Although unable to fix my problem, she went out of her way to discuss my case directly with an orthodontist and tried to make my treatment as affordable as possible for me. Dr. Middleton also made sure that I had an appointment to see an orthodontist the following morning.
Needless to say I have cancelled any appointments I may have had with my other dentist so that I can take my business to Dr. Middleton instead.
After having a few issues with another local dentist, I called Dr. Middleton's office to see if they were able to squeeze me in to see a dentist today. Sure enough, the receptionist understood my urgency and scheduled me for a brief consultation with Dr. Middleton today.
Great experience today! Had a bridge taken off that was loose and had been in my mouth for 40 years! A mold was done for the new one and a temporary fitted to my teeth. No pain, and have done very well all day since. Doctor was attentive to my nervousness and did all I could expect to make it a pain free and good experience. I am very thankful for Doctor McDonald and her assistant! All went very well!
Her office has a very homey relaxed atmosphere. Each room has a vintage feel, yet all of the equipment is clearly state-of-the-art. The staff was very efficient giving me clear directions for my appointment in the morning, walking me outside to indicate which route to take, and even printing the necessary insurance forms that I will need for my orthodontist appointment. They were organized and able to multi-task effectively.
For a first time I felt like I was a part of your dental family. If anyone was agitated by me it definitely was not known.I liked everyone that was involved today. A special shout out to MEREDITH!!!! Can't wait for my next visit. Ready to get my smile back.
