This place is what Radio Shack was in the 80s. You can purchase components like capacitors and resistors as well as two-way radios, lighting solutions, electronic toy kits, computer parts, and more. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you get what you need if you're not sure. Oh, and they have various cables as well.
If you're looking for people to have a staring contest with while receiving second rate (at best) customer service than look no further, this is the place for you!
Verbal communication and good customer service is not their strong points. They sale electronic parts, that's about all this place is good for. I'd advise you try another electronic store if possible and only visit this place as an absolute last resort.
So if you need some 1999 - 2005 stuff, they might be able to help you but please brace yourself for half-hearted customer service.
These guys need to learn some customer service skills. spending 10 minutes standing in a store with 4 workers without even looking up to say "Be with you in a minute". 2 other customers in the store. Hard for them to be that "busy" I guess.
Maybe it is just me, but every time I go in there those guys seem to act like I am bothering them and are sure to dismiss themselves (mentally and emotionally disengage) Beside their shelves seems to be stocked with antiquated products. I mean I dont see myself using much of any of the products there.
