I came here for a last-minute arrangement for my mom's birthday party. With all the stress of planning, I dropped the ball and completely forgot flowers. When I called while I was on my way to the shop, the young lady who I spoke with on the phone understood that I was in a rush and assured me that she would have something ready for me that would be beautiful. Roughly twenty minutes later I arrived to a GORGEOUS arrangement that I was proud to take homework me.
The employee who sold me the flowers had a family emergency and had to leave after our transaction. Some of the information I past on to her was lost during the process. My wife and I did not get the flowers on Valentine's day as a result. Upon contacting the store the next day, they explained what happened and apologized, gave me a full refund as well. Good customer service but need to strengthen internal information flow so things like this would not happen again.
Today was the last time I picked up flowers since I'll be moving. I've gone to no other florist in Fayetteville for the past 5 years. They're always timely, helpful and do an amazing job! I am out of state and ordered flowers for my mother. I was a little nervous about how they would look and I chose these specifically because they come in a teacup. I read that if supplies were not available, the florist would make adjustments as needed. We were not disappointed.
