I called Alma for an arrangement to be sent to a funeral to be held the next day. It was Mothers Day weekend and I was skeptical about Dale's being able to get an arrangement there on time. Not only did the flowers arrive on time, but they were so fresh and beautiful that several people commented that they were the most beautiful there. I really appreciate the fact that Dale's did what they said they would do in these times when you often get such poor service. Thank you for a job well done!
My son asked me to order some flowers for his love and send to her work, after ordering them he called and said she got off early. I went in panic mode and called Dale's and told them what happened and they did not hesitate to deliver them a little further to her home.
