I am a frequent flyer at this nail salon. Literally everyone does an excellent job!!!!! Never any rush jobs really appreciate the time spent. Two thumbs up and toes too
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for more than 2 yrs. They are very consistent and do a wonderful job! Consistency is very important to me. The staff are always friendly and the salon is very clean. I highly recommend this salon!

Disrespectful toward regulars. They DO NOT hold appointments made through their own scheduling system. They talk about customers behind their back while customers are still present in the salon.
Gel Nails is very clean with a very high sanitation standard. Unfortunately, their customer service does not compare.
Low class, disrespectful, & unrefined. The service conducted lacks couth, and culture; and is much to be desired.
