This place is still great but I have removed a star due to the customer service from the front desk. I usually do not like to make an issue about things like this but I think its crossing a line when I talk to the front desk trying to schedule and appointment and the person says they will call me right back and never do. I remember when I originally posted my review 4 years ago how awesome, friendly, and laid back the place was but that has definitely changed.
Today was my first time trying this salon, and I had a great experience there. Karen listened to my concerns and cut and styled my hair evenly and beautifully. It was exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much!

I have been going to this wonderful salon for 3.5 years. These girls are amazing. The staff is so friendly and caring.
I am so glad I found this place! All of the stylists are great and I have never gone in and felt a negative environment. It is a very clean, organized, and always some good music playing which just adds to the positive vibe. I have never left feeling unhappy or unsatisfied about my haircut!

Love all the girls at Hott Heads and Tika! She’s been doing my hair for years, and I get compliments on my hair ALL the time. I bring my 3 daughters here too. They love the experience and always feel pampered!! LOVE my Tika:)
I’ve been coming to Hott Heads salon for years! All the girls are so educated and amazing at what they do, the services they offer are always above and beyond! It’s a nice, clean, family, and friendly environment. ❤️
One of the biggest differences with this place compared to others that I've been to is the customer service. I have never seen the stylists care so much about how satisfied their customer is. They will do anything and everything to make sure it is how the customer wants. If it doesn't happen, I have personally seen the owner not charge them.
