I've been looking for a good jeweler since we moved here in March. My husband took my wedding ring with a bent prong along with a ring I just inherited that is over 60 years old along for a "what shape is it in?" inspection. They fixed the prong, cleaned and inspected both rings and he was out of there with the rings in his pocket in under 30 minutes!
They installed my auto start many years ago and I Loved it.
Call me suspicious but I'm just not comfortable taking my rings to a big-box retailer and having them shipped who-knows where to get a simple repair. Three weeks for a bent prong? No thanks! I'll just stick with someone local who can get it done here. I also have some really old jewelry that need very specific repairs and I'm not anxious to trust them getting shipped off and lost. Sure, there's always insurance but it won't replace your grandmother's ring when the big retailer can't find it. Very happy to have found a company close that can fix my rings without having them shipped across the country.

I went to Rhudy's in search of the perfect wedding set. I knew that when I saw it I would recognize it. It had been a daunting search with everything looking the same and I needed unique. Jamie McNeil helped me and showed me a ring that he thought "looked like my style" and it was absolutely perfect! There was no need to look any further. He was so patient and pleasant and even took pictures of the proposal and sent them to me. My husband and I will go back soon to add a band to my set and will send everyone we know who is looking for quality jewelry and great customer service.
