Very poor customer service. Its very expensive for a simple alteration its very costly. The staff is very rude and racist. Don't know how to deal with the customer. The customer has to adjust with his attitude. Better to close this shop. Not even deserve a rating. Not recommemded for a very bad customer service..
They ruined my husband's ASU jacket by hot pressing it which caused wrinkles to form all over the seems almost like a melted it. after trying to fix it they claimed that that's how it's supposed to be. all in all at the end they refused to repair or replace the jacket accused me of dragging this out being silly being picky and even accused me of being financially needy when is no way did I ask them for money, I asked them to replace the jacket. There was no resolving the situation the owner and her son after being rude and refusing to fix the situation turned and walked away back into the shop
Did not make it in. I called to get prices. The clerk answered lazily sounding annoyed he had to answer. After giving prices he immediately stated he was busy and had to go. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
