Woman at the front was very rude. Would not go over how I wanted each item cleaned/treated. This was my first and last time going here.
I have been a long time supporter of this cleaners and I have no problem with the cleaning staff. They have always been courteous and helpful. I do however have a serious complaint about the manager Patrick Cardenas. Around Chrismastime, 2015, I had an expensive silk taffeta blouse supposedly cleaned. When I received it, it had been ruined. It looked as if it had been washed. I had a most difficult time reaching Mr. Cardenas and when I did he said he would look at the blouse, which I had returned. In the end he only pressed the blouse and did not address the damages. When I tried to repurchase the blouse, it had been discontinued and I reordered a substitute which was not silk but polyester. I wrote Cardenas,by certified mail, and enclosed the bill for the new blouse and said that I expected some remuneration. He has yet to respond. Needless to say I have found a different cleaners. I would not recommend that anyone go to this cleaners. They will not be responsible for any damages that they do to your clothing.
Patrick seems to be a drawback on this store. After a lost order of 11 items, with one missing, and trying to palm off a 3 XLT shirt, I wear 2XL, he suddenly remember how to find orders once a refund was asked for. Bad management, lost customer.Dont waste your money at a store that tries to cover a simple mistake with blame to you. Image if I lost everything, I'm sure Patrick would tell me I already have my items at home.
