Here is the problem, I am the one who brought the suit and therefore she made up a lie quickly to cover her own butt. Her husband then came from the back and told me the suit came in missing a button already but her husband wasn't even present when the drop off was done. I've used them several times with no issues and actually was pleased until this most recent incident. I'm disappointed and will try to find a more honest shop.
I call this company to get pricing, (of course I'm looking for a quality price customer service) and you start to give me pricing then "Stop" starts questioning who I was... I consider this very unprofessional I gave them who I was, what company I own and just told him I was looking for a feasible price to bring my garments.. then they hung up the phone poor service all the way around.
Please check your items before dropping them off. My husband's suit came back missing a button. She started off telling me the button came off but if I found a replacement she'd sew it back on. Her husband corrected her which prompted her to say my husband told her to replace the button when he brought it in but she couldn't find a match.
