I have used this cleaners for years. In the last 6 months or so they have really gone downhill. I don't get my clothes back when they're supposed to be back. About 1 and 3 shirts has to be redone because it's not clean. The last straw was today when a stain shows up on my shirt that wasn't there when I dropped off the shirt and now after a second attempt they can't get it out. So they have ruined a $50 shirt that's less than 3 months old.
