Judy and her rockstar team work wonders for me. I own an Event Design and Planning company and Judy always produces what I need, even if it is last minute! All of my personal items I take to her are always very well cared for too! I highly recommend this dry cleaners!
Absolutely horrible experience. I dropped off 2 king size pillows to be cleaned early November. When I went to pick them up, 1 had multiple stains on it (there were no previous stains). After multiple trips to the store & no success in them cleaning up their mess, I was told to fill out a claim form. It's been 3 weeks & I still have not received my claim. Many phone calls & visits & I am still unable to get ahold of the manager. The worst experience I have ever had with a cleaner. I would not recommend them to anyone! Absolutely terrible.
They ruin a pair of jeans, that happened to be new and never worn. In other words ripped to sheds, and blamed it on the manufacturers. They informed me to return the item to the retailer. Just last year alone, I spent approximately $2000.00 at this particular cleaners and never had a single item destroyed. Yet today they permanently insulted my intelligence, and will never receive another item from me.
