I've been here maybe about 8 times over a 2year period. I drive an hour to get there and I've had great experience. Maybe one time a worker seemed to follow, but soon asked me if I needed help finding sometsomething. I told them what I was looking for and I was helped. It keeps me from searching for something I can't find easily, so if they follow me I'll just ask them directly for help. But usually I will call to see if they have what I need. I love the store. I do wish they would order some Grade A Gold Flakes. Hint hint
Visited the store on Saturday and was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Ashley. I had a myriad of questions that she patiently answered. I had specific needs in many aspects of wellness and she was able to find me the right products without hesitation. She showed a genuine interest in helping me and her attitude reflected it. No commission or sales tactics. Love this store and its people! I will be back!
My wife and I spent several hundred dollars there over a few months and made it apart of our weekly rounds together. We liked this place because of the selection, but began to feel uncomfortable the more we went. I personally felt watched as if I was a shoplifter.
It's pricey but the staff are very knowledgeable
I didn't feel welcome. It was if I was on some watch-list. I felt this from at least 4 different employees. It's just plain insulting, but that's the environment we live in today. Since YOU PEOPLE don't want me there, we won't be coming back. Some kinds of treatment you just don't need to put up with.
The vibes I got were just off-putting. I hate that kind of treatment especially when we've patronized the store so much. I initially tried to brush it off as if this wasn't happening, but it became consistent and apparent. Nothing was said, but racism was there.
Love it except the store is very small. It is hard to get around.
When I had problems redeeming points on their store card, I was disrespected and blown off. It was beginning to feel like they just didn't like me for some reason.
