Great Office! Walked in a showed all my documents that i needed to bring to get a NC driver license, with the help of their informative website for listing all i needed to bring. Waited 5 min before my number was called. Pope was the gentleman who helped me that evening, and he was super nice and funny. We had a fun friendly conversation while he inputted my information and while we had to wait on hold due to a delay on the computer, which was no big deal. Never made me feel like i was delaying him or keeping him late since it was rolling up on 5:00 pm by this time. After everything was done he showed me how everything looked, I said i liked it aside from my terrible picture i took and he offered to take it again. The next one i thought was great, he agreed, and printed everything out and off i went. Certainly one of the best most friendliest DMV experiences i have had. Pope your awesome (and everyone else too)
The only issue I have had is that I told them to correct my hair color from black to brown because it is brown. Blk is right between "hair" and "race". As a N.A with light brown skin and brown hair I didn't want my status mistaken. "Race" is susposively not used yet the word "race" appears on the card. I also said that I did not want to be an organ donor. Yet when I got my card in the mail the little red heart was there.
