The facilities are poorly planned; the toilets for children ranging from 2-5 are not adecuate in size.
Overall, very terrible service.
My son has been attending Middle Creek for almost a year now. I have no issues with any of the staff or the facility itself. My son has a speech delay and his teachers have been more than happy to help with the assignments given to the family by his speech therapist. I have had friends that have come to pick up my child and they were let in and immediately asked for identification to check with the record of authorized people to pick up my son. I am very pleased with the care that they provide and would recommend this place to any of my family/friends. I understand that a business cannot make everyone happy but my son loves going to "school".
The staff is and get distracted easily; Regardless of the cipher door, anyone can walk in and out with children.
There is no communication between the childcare providers and the directors staff or assistants.
This location took great care of my children. The staff is patient and caring, always made sure I received an end of day report for my 4yr old and 1 yr old. I appreciated my children going straight to their class in the morning and telling me bye, that's very comforting knowing that they were happy to be there.
Some of the staff is very immature and incompetent.
My child has been going there for almost a year. She is 3 soon to b 4 and I really have no complaints about the place. I think that they could do more as far as curriculum but with a class of 2-3 yr olds I don’t expect much. My child's teachers seem genuine and the kids seem to really like them. The turnover rate doesn’t seem drastic in any sense. Bottom line is the place keeps your kids safe they learn something and the kids like the staff. Not much more to ask for.
HORRIBLE!!!- the apperance of the school is nice, however the staff is rude and somewhat ghetto. My child attended there for a few months and it seems like they have a high turn-over rate as far as teachers are concerned. Every month it seemed like there were new teachers and staff and I dont think any of the teachers graduated school for early childhood education, it seemed like they were just inexpierenced and there because the school needed a staff. The front desk assistant is very rude and doesnt greet you in the mornings when you walk in. The first day I went to view the school with my daughter the staff all seemed very nice and trustworthy but after the first week it was all down hill from there, so dont let them fool you. I personally met one of the teachers that used to work there and she even said the staff is messy!!!!
