We went during the Christmas tree lighting. It is new and looks nice and well maintained, except the majority of the "shopping" are just food places. Unless you want to buy flooring, candy, or eat at a restaurant, there is no shopping.
Not bad some eating establishments cool candy store, movie theater, planet fitness and other shopping stores lots of parking
I would say it's a great place! They have a good selection of shops besides the movie theatre and gym. I always enjoyed seeing a movie at the market fair theatre and getting a cup or coffee afterwards.
The new outdoor store front design is a nice change and seems much more accessible. The stores and restaurants that are there like Which Wich and Rocket Fizz soda pop and candy shop are really nice additions to Fayetteville.
Almost all the designer's brand are there. ,, and the place has a nice atmosphere
