Why the hell in 2017 do they only have cash only!!!? Carrying cash is so disgusting (germ wise) & most ppl don't carry it. Seems like y'all are hustling backwards to me.
Do NOT donate here. The employees and manager are very ungrateful. I brought in a bag of nice clothes to donate and they complained that I brought it inside. They said I had to drive around and drop it off back. Lazy and rude employees. I won't shop here anymore because of how they just treated me over trying to donate clothes. Ridiculous
After taking my mom to vist her surgeon, she wanted to get out somewhere and streach her legs, as she hasn't been out of her house in 2 weeks due to multiple operations. So, we decided to stop in at GCF, it's a block from her doctors office. Keep in mind my mother has 2 medical devices that she has to carry around. A TNP device (feed nutrients into her arm via picc line) and a wound vac. After awhile of carrying these they get heavy. When we walked in I only saw one buggy, which was at the register (empty). Well, i asked the lady running the register if my mom could use the buggy, when she said NO very quickly. I then said "my mom has these two devices that she has to carry around, I would like for her to be able to just use the buggy so she doesnt have to totw then the entire time we are here" again she said NO that this buggy was only for employees. Seriously the most rude person i have ever came across. Needless to say. They didn't get any of our money.
I got items out of the bin that I needed after digging through dirty smelly clothes. Some examples of items I didn't purchase had tags still on them. I got a skirt that was handmade but very simple and the lady at the checkout counter basically called me a liar and said they didn't have skirts like that in the bins. She charged me an adult price on a skirt that I got out of the girls bin. Nasty attitude.
