So as it went on, I sat down to get my hair washed and the water was super hot!
Later on I became natural and visited the shop and there was 3 chairs open for 2 to 3hours for me to be seated after I got from under the dryer I waited for 3 hours for the girl with "the same hair texture" as me to do my hair it took her over a half a hour to do my hair my day was wasted I'll never visit again.
Great service and great results! Will be back!
The 1st time I came I was at younger age and was treated nicely by the owner she did my hair and treated me as family.
Im extremely lucky I found this place. Vianka did a wonderful job with my hair. My hair isn't easy. I have long and a lot of hair and they managed to cut and blow dry to the way I like it! The prices are reasonable! The ladies were awesome and nice. I love the vibe and ill for sure be back again!! I recommend this place to everyone!
The lady in the front check inn didn't greet either. ( she was actually the one who cut my hair ) I've asked her how much it was for a hair cut and blow out and I could hardly hear anything that she said. ( the whole time )
And now that I had my first wash my hair feels dry. Leaving me wondering what she washed my hair with...? ( I don't dye my hair and it's naturally straight and shine now. It nothing like that no more. Years of being careful of damaging and it feels lifeless )
Very fair prices. Today was Marilyn's birthday! Everyone was in good moods, very polite, excellent hair service. I'm very skeptical when it comes to people touching my hair, stationed in Missouri where I have no one to do my hair. Gave this salon a chance and WAS NOT disappointed. Also done in a timely manner. Staff was very professional; 5 stars wish I could give more. Will visit again upon a return trip to North Carolina. Would HIGHLY suggestion to anyone.

Even with all of that I still paid her a good tip, but I won't be coming back.
The only reason I went there was because of the rating and the good comments, but sadly for me It wasn't a good experience. When I went there it was super quiet. No one greeting to start of. As a costumer coming to spend your hard working money you want to feel welcome.
After that, I sat on the chair she proceeded to dry my hair first before cutting my hair ( yes I know each stylist does their job differently) but she Burned my scalp twice with the dryer! After drying i told her how I wanted my hair in layers but It seemed like she didn't know what she was doing... she kept parting my hair and didn't cut anything then the clips would fall off and again starting all over parting my hair. I think the only part she cut was the button part of my hair and it still looks the same. She Ignored completely what I wanted.
I don't know if I caught her in a bad day or she was ready to go home, but I left there how I went inn. The whole time she was super quiet which made it awkward and I just wanted to run out. I sat in my car crying
