If I could give a 0 I would. Called to get walk in hours for saturday. I was told they would stop at 3. Drove 3.5 hours to get there at 2 only to be told they had already stopped. No one was willing to help and the receptionist has a very bad attitude. This place has fallen off tremendously.
I called at 930 am today and was told I could walk in at 430pm today. I drove from Wilmington, nc only to be told that they are not accepting walkins. I showed the staff my call log and explained that I made a 2 hour drive and had already spoken with a staff member. They refused to provide the service. I asked for a number to speak to the owner directly and the staff would not provide that information. The experience was completely unprofessional and all the staff member could say is sorry. I will never revisit this establishment. I'm shocked at the lack of customer service I experienced today.
I am usually very supportive of businesses especially those that offer black services. However, my issues was the constant stopping to text by the young woman who primarily braids. Also, it seems like the logisyics of the operation needs improvement because the process between braiding down the hair and sewing in the hair is so far apart. No one greets you when you walk in, instead they look at you as if you have the plague. I could write so much more, but I won't. The reason people speak so negatively of this place is because of the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Don't advertise a service if you don't honor it upon arrival. Noone I have spoken to have gotten a sew in there or at any of the express shops. I am so disappointed. I tried on multiple occasions to give them a chance because everyone makes mistakes, but........I CAN'T ANYMORE!!
Great Services and the customer service is good, I had one bad experience there with communication, but outside of that I still go because its a quick way to get in and out and still have "my" hair how I want it
Horrible! I went here twice one time in 2016 and again May 2017. I got a sew in back in 2016 one week later my tracks wear starting to come out. My next experience was a bundle install and it was soo bad I just took it down. The frontal was not install properly I woke up the next morning and it was pushed back behind my hairline. Throughout the day I had to keep pulling the frontal down so my hair wouldn't show... I went to the bathroom came back and my hairstylist was outside smoking a blunt maybe thats where things went wrong. Long story short don't do it...
