10-23-17 my AA flight #5395 into FAY was delayed due to weather. I called National Car Rental (FAY Airport) to see if anyone could be there so I could get my rental car being that my flight was expected to arrive close to midnight- closing. To my surprise I was hung up on by the NCR employee. My wife called back to only be hung up on again by the same woman after asking whom she was speaking to. In all my times renting cars from this company, I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior as I did at the National Car Rental Company located at the Fayetteville Airport.
