Not that great of a selection on baby gear and furniture or clothes. I wish it offered a bigger selection especially being that it's the only Babies R Us around.
Store located near the only mall in town. Good selection and discounted prices. Customer Service is great and very helpful. They price match all of their items in store with online retailers.
The BATHROOM is disgusting. Nine months pregnant, uncontrollable bladder and I gagged at the sight of their restrooms. Nice customers though they were more helpful then the staff ...... helped me locate what I was looking for and not a simple greeting from any of the staff on duty this was the second time it happened to me here everyone is kind of there until checkout. Great cashiers on Toys R Us side so wasn't a complete disaster I always check out on their side. Thank goodness Burlington and Target are on the same road I couldn't take it if this was my only option to shop for my baby items.
Recently had a wonderful experience at this location. In all of Fayetteville, this was one of maybe 3-4 times that we experienced true customer-centered service. You really get the sense that there is a positive team work environment, which does translate into happy team members. They refer to customers as "guests," and count it their privilege to accommodate special requests. Really went the extra mile for us. Will definitely shop again and recommend to other expecting parents.
We really hate doing any shopping in Fayetteville because we always have terrible experinces. HOWEVER, we were pleasantly surprised this weekend when manager Brad at this location truly took care of us. We had purchased a quite expensive item online, only to have it delivered in a beaten box, covered in dog hair, and with food stains. The employees and Brad were appalled and exchanged it for us no questions asked. When we went to get an even exchange, they only had the swing we wanted in the more deluxe model, so instead of making us order it again and wait, Brad price adjusted it for us, and we got to take it home that night. We were so happy, and will be going back to this store again. Wish every store in this area was like this one!
