The store is nice, and they have a wide variety of women's and men's clothing. The children's clothing is ok selection. I usually don't write reviews but I recently purchased a pair of shoes that I wore around the house for about 5 minutes they started giving my back ankles blisters and wearing on my skin. Horrible for $24 Shoes. So I took them back explain to the stores associate why and what happened, she got the manager (she has long blonde/light brown hair) watch out for her) who was a total snotty rude women. Their customer service is horrible. She said because the shoes are worn I can't return them. They are not worn as in Street worn. Other people stick their feet in the shoes on the rack to try them on, those are worn to then. She lacks sense of what she is talking about. Improve your store by getting rid of rude management first.
I brought my items back to the store to return with receipt in hand! Do not shop at this store! Customer, beware credit information is been used !

The store is nice but customer service is lacking. When I went in the store was organized but very few customers. I was in the store maybe 20 minutes with no one talking to me. I didn't get a "Welcome to H&M" or " Can I help you find something?" while I walked around looking for their jewelry.
Super rude staff. Took forever to get help in the store and there was more staff than customers. When I finally did get help, the associate acted like getting a dress down for me was way out of her way. I was very polite and said thank you and she just ignored me. As did the associate in the dressing room who attempted to take all three dresses from me when I just gave her two and I told her I was going to buy the other one. She wouldn't say one word to me. Who wants to go shopping in a store where the associates just ignore them? Just horrible customer service.
