I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have Laura Szoka as my physician and she has always shown courtesy and compassion. I have been a patient for 8 years. The front desk has its flaws but the care you get from the physicians and nurses are excellent.
Love the doctors and physician assistants. They get 5 stars. However, the triage nurses get zero. They call your name from inside the doorway and expect people to hear them when their name is called. Then once you get to the triage area, your told to get on the scale. Then your told to open your mouth to get your temp, asked whats wrong, then tell you " Go back to the waiting area. " No hello's, no how are you, not even a smile to let you feel welcome. They must really hate their jobs judging by their demeanor.
Wife just called here from a deployed location explaining she got a bill from here from 2014. Crazy thing is she wasn't in the state hasn't lived in nc in 6 years we lived in Arizona and she was deployed at the time. My wife said lady on the phone did not seem interested at all didn't refer her to call anyone she just I can cancel your account and said well I'm ready to take your card number. So she paid for something she didn't have all so she wouldn't get bad credit. Thanks for your great service glad you guys got your money who cares if someone out there is committing insurance fraud as long as you got paid.

Dr . Szoka has been my Dr. for now a long long time . She is an amazing person and Dr. . Her and the staff there have always put me and my Health first . They have always made sure that I have got want I needed to be and stay healthy. I recommend everyone to this Dr. office . Yes sometimes the wait is longer than expected. Yes if your in a hurry than don’t come to this Dr.’s office . The reason behind that is because of the time and patience that She takes with each person. She makes sure that you are getting the right and personal care that you as a patient deserves. You as a patient deserve that . She expects to give you that . You expect that from her . That’s why and how a Dr. is supposed to care and love for there patients. It takes time . If you don’t have it don’t get sick .. lol . But seriously folks these Dr.’s at this office take there time with all of there patients. I appreciate everything that this office and staff has done for me in the past, present, and in the future!! Thanks for everything!
