So my 2 year old daughter was scheduled for a hearing test, and she was antsy so we basically couldn't get it done, so the tech said oh we will reschedule in a month maybe she will be more calm, so I said okay, got to check out... the older lady with the short blonde hair didn't even look up at me at all, and all she said to the tech was I can't schedule her in a month, she will have to call... then I pay my copay, even though nothing was accomplished and I'm sure my insurance will be charged too, so I asked if I would be charged next time as well and she said yes. So basically me and my insurance was charged for nothing being done, and the rude lady at checkout did even book my daughter for her appt. I will not be calling back and this practice needs to get rid of the check receptionist....and I feel like I'm being taken advantage paying twice for the same thing. I will not recommend this practice to anyone especially anyone with children. Very dissatisfied with the service and experience. Total waste of time and money.

They shoul tell you in adveced the requiring of SSN so you don't make waste time.

I love Doctor Panalakos he is so professional and I feel sad that I will need to find another DOCTOR for my baby boy.

I have been a patient here for several years. I have to have a shot in each arm every other week. I pick my serum up and my wife, who is a certified paramedic gives me the shots. I am satisfied for the most part, but I have had problems in the past with policies suddenly changing because a new technician doesn't understand or doesn't look at my history. I have had them suddenly tell me that I can no longer pick my serum up and I have to come up there to get the shots, which isn't true. It really depends on your insurance because some insurance agencies do not want the patients to be responsible for administering their own shots, but mine is fine with it. I also got a little upset because their hours on Google said that they were open from 8:30 to 5 Monday through Friday and this is not true. On Fridays they close at 4. I had driven all the way up from Johnsonville to pick up my serum, and I arrived at 4:10 and the doors were locked. I called the number and I was actually able to reach somebody inside and I explained that their hours were listed in Google showing that they were open until 5. I asked if they would make an exception and allow me to pick up my serum since I had driven so far and was going to be out of town for the next week. Whoever I was talking to cut me off and told me that I had been going there for quite a while and should have been aware of their hours. I explained that I had looked their hours up on Google and that I don't usually go to their office on Fridays so I was not aware that their hours were listed incorrectly on Google. The person I was talking to apologized and would not let me pick up my serum. I really don't think it would have been that big of a deal to make an exception for me since I had driven all that way and since they are the ones who have not corrected their hours on Google, which incidentally I did just submit an edit to their hours and hopefully that will go through so that nobody else will show up on a Friday afternoon thinking that they close at 5 when they actually close at 4. All in all I am still giving them four stars because my office visits are usually pleasant and I do think that the allergy shots are helping me. Update: Fayetteville ENT contacted me about my Syrum. They apologized for the situation and mailed the serum to me. I was very pleased that they were willing to go through the trouble to help me out.

Wow... they just refused to see my child cause I was not comfortable giving my SNS. I showed them my I'D and medical insurance card. When I asked Mrs. Tammy S. (office manager) who had a very rude and ingorace attitude to write their decision, she didn't instead she just wrote a portion of their office policy.

They are pretty good doctors I like this office my daughter comes her they does Pretty good

I don’t like to say bad things but this clinic is ripping off .They bill you what ever they want to bill even they did not do services. The Doctor visit $400 for five minutes, look up your nose over $400.but they can’t see anything just draining and request to do CT scan because they can’t tell what is going on.I don’t trust this clinic, they just want to make money, they don’t care about patients. If you don’t have money should not come in this clinic even you have insurance but some services they did the insurance won’t pay for, so you will get bills.I tried to talk to them about my bills and unsatisfy services I did not get but they bill me, they said whatever I got it done or not they still bill because when I come in for appointment I have to pay that even the visit 1 minute or 10 minute , and pay for when Doctor use equipment even not completed services. It mean they set you up already! If you come in to check your nose it mean you have to pay for nasal endoscopy services even Doctor can’t see anything cause draining, when Doctor touch equipment that mean you have to pay. I get nothing done from my services but $800 bill for less than 10 minute to see Doctor and 1 hours for waiting . If the services good and I am satisfied I don’t mind to pay this bill but this is terrible experience. Remember if you don’t have money should not come to this clinic.

So absurd that they lost $100.00 For the visit + whatever they would charge to the insurance for few numbers.

privatesector stop asking out private number.

#privatesectorsstopaskingSSN

I hope one day the system make

clear to the private sector that Their policy shouldn't go above rights and needs to received services specially if they are allow to pay it and it's a child.
