No problem with the doctors but the lady behind the glass. We owed money, ok. Paid then told had to reschedule, ok. Have to wait to clear from collection agency. Why? You took my money but couldn't tell me why I owed it. Also insurance cover 100% of yearly physical, they don't file it as such even though told all is a 100 % covered, must not like the discounted negotiated price with cigna. The person behind the glass really needs a class in customer service, if not then wait until she attitudes the wrong person. Don't tell me I owe but can't tell me what or why when you're looking at the file, don't offer me help in finding out what the expense is from. I know it sounds petty but that person is the first point of contact in your office.
This was my first experience with any type of spa or cosmetic procedure. As a medical professional, I tend to be very picky and critical of all professionals dealing with my medical care. I have to say that Dr. Mendes and her team were amazing! They were extremely friendly and approachable from the start, listened to my concerns, and reviewed all the options to help me choose what would work best for me. Also, they were very accommodating with my crazy work schedule. I'm not fond of needles and I have a low pain threshold, but Dr. Mendes and her team were amazing at distracting me during the procedure and putting me at ease. So far, the follow-up care is also stellar! I can't recommend them enough.
Dr.Mendez is awesome! I would refer anyone i know to go see her. She is gentle, caring. And does her best to help her patients as well as humanly possible. Truly i am very greatful to have found Dr Mendez and her compassion. If anyone is looking for a doctor that's not just there for the money! She surely fits the bill.Dr.Mendez would make anyone happy with her bedside manor. All in all she's most definately wonderful.
This place refused to see my daughter. They were rude and did not assist in any way. If there were negative stars I would give them. They have the worse staff.
I recommend Dr. Mendes to all my friends she is fabulous and very meticulous in what she does!! I love everything about her and all the services offered!! The staff is fabulous too especially Jennifer and Ashley!! I would say hands down this is by far the best med spa and gynecologist office in Fayetteville they are very caring about their patients and clients!!
