I never even got to see their work. I had them do a walk-through for a bathroom remodel, for which they were on time and very professional. After that I didn't receive the estimate promised, a phone call, email or anything. I called them a month and a half after the walk through to see if they were still working on the estimate, or just ignoring me. They not only were rude to me and acted like it was my fault, but they said they would call me back. Of course they never called. You don't treat potential customers this way. Not sure how they're still in business like this
We had our master bathroom redone in October and the plumber hired by Chapman-Wilson did a poor job connecting the shower drain. The "pieced together" pipe slipped off the drain, resulting in water pooling under our home (we have a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space) which means the water was just sitting on top of the plastic. I called Chapman Wilson on Friday after hours (when the water was discovered) and a gentleman called me back at 7:30 that night (I was VERY impressed!) I asked if we should remove the water, since we have another shower in the home to use, he replied, "no" his guys needed to see it and they would take care of it. They had a plumber out first thing Tuesday and repaired the pipe. I called several times to Chapman Wilson and the plumbing company to inquire about the removal of the water. Was told each time, Sean (the contractor) would be out to take care of it....it's been a week...I'm still waiting. I was THRILLED with our redone bathroom and the work done by Chapman Wilson, but this has certainly put a damper on my enthusiasm.
Extremely poor customer service to include rudeness from the owner. I was warned prior to going with this company against my better judgment went with them anyway....biggest disappointment ever!!
Never had a problem with them at all. Prompt service, and super friendly and knowledgeable staff, both downstairs in the store and in the office. They tested my moms water for me and helped me with what chemicals I needed with no hassle at all. I also asked them to come out and look at my windows (they were new in 1958) and the guy that came out, Jesse, was excellent.
First off our pool liner installer (Tony) was great. He was friendly, extremely hard working, and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Tony to do all my future pool work if I could we had issues with water and tony installed a well point. it took a lot longer than expected but I will say that tony and Mr.Wilson personally called and handled the issues. They stood behind their work. I paid in full and after several months came back and finished what I paid for. The months wait was our choice. I'm an overall a satisfied customer and would recommend Chapman Wilson to anyone needing pool repairs, especially if you get Tony as your contractor. Being in business this is the job that nothing went well for them HOWEVER in spite of all that they probably lost money and still were there to finish the job!!!
